For a great experience, we need preparation!
If you've never had professional photos taken, don't stress, we will do this together. If you have, then this is a great time to refresh. I want to help you feel as comfortable and confident as possible! Yaaay!
Plan your outfit
- In about a week or so, get your outfits all in order. This, for me, is the best motivation.
- Try everything on the jewelry included. It's best to try neutral tones that are timeless and can complement you and your space.
- Outfits include undergarments. Make sure it hugs all the right places and doesn't crease where you don't want it to.
- Feel free to send me pics if you need some help.

Hair, Skin, Nails
- If you are getting color, cut, trim, or style, get that out of the way two weeks before. This will give you time if things go south.
- Depending on where you will be taking pictures, bring a few hair items in case of wind.
- Maybe not the best time to try a new hairstyle.
- If that's your jam, a clean-cut would be best a couple of days before.
- Face shavers, do that carefully to avoid bumps or knicks
- Moisturize that skin!!
- If the polish is not making you happy, the pictures might not. Check on the nails.
Posing
- Practice your poses! This will bring the confidence level way up on the day of.
- If you have a "good side," let me know. I want you to love your pictures, and we must work together to make that happen.
- Send me inspirational pictures of poses you like. It's just a general idea to keep in my head.

We Also Need Communication
This is the magic. I will ask about your expectations from this shoot. Tell me what you liked and/or would have changed if you had a professional session. I want to know about you. Also, you are welcome to ask me questions that will help us create an enjoyable, fun, and empowering session. Let's do this!!!
